the Matrimandir at Auroville maze

The building took almost 40 years to be built and was completed in 2008. It is the main building in the complex for Integral Yoga practitioners. It features a dome covered in golden colored discs. You can read more about it on it’s wikipedia page. I learned that Matrimandir is “Sanskrit for Temple of the Mother”, so thank you to Wikipedia !

Maze: This maze had to be done in color because of the unique colors of the building. The hardest part was getting the color where I wanted because I changed it 10 times. Depending on what photo you use the colors change in the light. The actual maze is easy compared to most on the site !
