Free Comic Book Day Maze Booklet available for download !!

I make a new maze every Monday for this site, and my theme for 2024 is mazes in comic book style. Every Tuesday I upload a version of Mondays maze as a comic book cover. For Free Comic Book Day, May 4, 2024, I present for you a booklet of the first 10 comic book covers as a free download !

I pulled together a cover quickly that is maze-free but I hope you will enjoy the mazes in the booklet. And if you like what you see, come back each Monday and Tuesday to see the newest creation !

I had to include all 5 covers (plus there are even more variations out there that are very cool). I am a big fan of the writing of Jeff Lemire. He is probably my favorite comic book writer and when I saw he had a maze themed comic I had to read it. It did not disappoint. The maze theme was a constant part of the story and layouts of the pages. This is a really well done book and concept. The story follows a grieving father who receives a late night call from his daughter who says she is stuck in a labyrinth. Can he solve the maze and find her ?

The book is full of mazes. Highly recommend it. 9.8/10

Here is the first version of the maze. I went with a traditional green muted color scheme.

And the alternative version I went with a bright color scheme based on a few photos I found online. I prefer this version of the maze.
